Terms

The operating rules for SchemaCraft.

These terms describe the current SaaS workflow, account responsibilities, subscription mechanics, acceptable use and the limits around AI-generated recommendations and audit evidence.

1. Provider

Provider: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]

Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]

Registration ID: [REGISTRATION / COMPANY ID]

Contact: [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

2. Service scope

SchemaCraft provides website-inspection, structured-data generation, technical visibility workflows, AI-assisted suggestions and verification features. The precise features available to an account are determined by the current plan and product configuration.

Audit scores, recommendations and AI output are decision-support tools. They are not guarantees of search rankings, traffic, revenue, business performance or how a search engine or AI system will interpret a website.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping access to your account and email secure and for the activity performed through your account. Protected features may require authentication and may be limited by plan, usage controls or abuse-prevention systems.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe using the plan and billing interval selected at checkout. Current product pricing and the applicable recurring amount are shown before purchase.

Where available, subscription management and cancellation are handled through the Stripe customer portal linked from the application. A cancellation normally stops future renewal; the exact contractual effect, refund rights and consumer protections are determined by applicable law and the purchase terms presented at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SchemaCraft to attack, probe or access systems without authorization, bypass access controls, send malicious payloads, overload the service, or use automated activity intended to evade rate limits or other safeguards.

When inspecting a website, you confirm that you are authorized to request the target URL and to use the resulting analysis.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features can produce incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable output. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publication or deployment. SchemaCraft does not represent AI output as independently verified facts.

7. Customer content and evidence

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy and authorization of content and URLs you submit. Verification features report observed implementation changes or checks; they do not independently prove a business outcome.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or change the service, including individual features, limits and integrations. We will not describe an unverified capability as available. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, third-party provider incidents or security reasons.

9. Governing terms and consumer rights

Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply under the law of the relevant jurisdiction are not excluded by these terms. Nothing on this page is intended to remove a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

This page is a product-terms template and must be reviewed against the operator's legal identity, jurisdiction, checkout disclosures, cancellation/refund process and applicable consumer law before production launch.
